Charles McDaniels has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Red Robin in White Marsh, Maryland since March 2011. McDaniels has held various roles within Red Robin, including Assistant General Manager at multiple locations and Kitchen Manager at Carlson Restaurants/T.G.I. Friday's from February 2008 to March 2011. Prior to these roles, McDaniels worked as an hourly team member and trainer at Red Robin, starting in August 2003. McDaniels received an education from Coppin State University between 2004 and 2008.
