Suzanne O'Grady (Hickey) is currently the Head of Travel at Red Robin Events, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Travel Manager at Green Light Travel from 2015 to 2021 and served as a Corporate Travel Consultant at e-travel.ie from 2007 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they were the Team Leader at USIT from 2001 to 2007. Suzanne earned a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy in 2023 and holds qualifications in Sales Management and Travel and Tourism from Crumlin College and Stillorgan College, respectively.
