Rob Loughlin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Operations Manager at Red River since June 2023. Previously, Loughlin held multiple key roles at LCG, Inc. from September 2001 to August 2019, including Deputy Project Manager and Information Technology Support Manager, where responsibilities involved managing Help Desk operations for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) and acting as a liaison with government representatives. Earlier experience includes positions as a Network Administrator at Large Scale Biology Corp and as an Enterprise Network Engineer for The World Bank, supporting extensive user bases and IT infrastructure. Loughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Montgomery College.
