Phillip Prasifka

Phillip Prasifka is an experienced law enforcement professional serving as the Chief of Police for Red Oak ISD since August 2020. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Chief of Police for the City of Robinson from September 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a full-service police department, policy and budget development, and community involvement while also serving as the Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator. Phillip's career in law enforcement began in 1997 as Chief of Police for the City of Electra, followed by a long tenure at the City of Glenn Heights from July 1999 to August 2017, where key responsibilities included budget management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Phillip Prasifka earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University between 1981 and 1994.
