Erin Schiff Cashman currently serves as an Assistant Planner at J.Starr Wedding Company, a position held since October 2023. With extensive experience at Red Mountain Weight Loss since June 2014, Erin has advanced through various roles including Training Manager, Training Coordinator, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Front Office Representative. Additionally, Erin held leadership positions at Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, serving as Chapter President and as the Region 7 Representative on the International Collegiate Advisory Board in 2015. Erin Schiff Cashman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics and a minor in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona, completing studies in 2016.
