Jim Heckert is an experienced restaurant professional with a strong background in management and safety. Currently serving as General Manager at Red Lobster since February 2007, Jim oversees a team of over 60 members and three managers, focusing on achieving operational excellence and fostering a culture of success. Previously, Jim held the role of Regional Safety Manager, where responsibilities included managing workers compensation claims, conducting safety training, and promoting a safety-conscious environment. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Molly Brannigan's Traditional Irish Pub & Restaurant, where Jim successfully met sales and operational objectives. Jim holds an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology with a focus on Business Management from the International Culinary Academy.
