Bob Baker is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Red Lobster since October 2024. Previous roles include consulting CFO for Amplēo and CFO for A Plus Tree, Inc., Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, and Benihana. Bob has also held key leadership positions at Pieology Pizzeria and Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Earlier experience encompasses a notable tenure at YUM Brands, including KFC, where Bob advanced from Senior Director of Financial Planning to various other leadership roles. Bob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
