Tim Cowland is an accomplished professional in digital transformation and consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Digital at Red Kite Community Housing since September 2023. With extensive experience in the public sector and social housing, Tim has held various senior roles, including Associate Consultant at Change Network, Client Services Director at Socitm Advisory, and Senior Consultant at DTL Creative. Earlier in the career, Tim provided strategic IT management consultancy at Sovereign Business Integration Group and held managerial positions at North Hertfordshire District Council and Three Rivers District Council. Tim's educational background includes a BA (Hons.) in Business Studies from Brunel University London and an HNC in Business and Finance from West Herts College.
