Tony B. has extensive experience in product development within the food industry, currently serving as Product Development Manager and Senior Scientist at Red Gold since June 2017. Previously, Tony B. held the position of Senior Food Technologist at Nestlé Professional from November 2009 to June 2017, focusing on custom frozen sides, sauces, and soups, among other products. Prior roles include Food Technologist at Nestlé S.A., where responsibilities included commercialization and process improvements for frozen meals, and QA Technician at PepsiCo - Gatorade. Tony B. earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University in 2005 and has been a member of the Research Chefs Association since 2010.
