Caitlin Thompson, PhD, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as Vice President at Red Duke Strategies since October 2021, Caitlin has previously held significant roles such as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Polaris Genomics and Vice President of Community Partnerships at Cohen Veterans Network. Caitlin's earlier career includes crucial positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities included National Director and Deputy Director of Suicide Prevention. Additionally, Caitlin has contributed as a VA Liaison at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at both the University of Rochester and VISN 19 Mental Illness Research, Education, and Clinical Center for Suicide Prevention.
