Karin Van Der Laan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resources spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Lemonaid HR since September 2011 and an HR Advisor at the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre since September 2021, Karin has a diverse skill set that includes organization design, recruitment focusing on diversity, and employee development. Previous roles include HR positions at Stichting PAWW, Wooden City, United International Bank and Trust, and Fonds NutsOhra, among others, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, performance reviews, and the development of employment benefits packages.
