Javier Gutierrez Jr. is an experienced maintenance professional with a robust background spanning over 15 years in various roles within the maintenance field. Prior to this, Javier worked at Mars from February 2007 to September 2019 as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, focusing on workforce productivity, maintenance inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards.
