Steven Frisvold has worked as a Production Team Lead at Red Bay Coffee since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at PsPrint from May 2007 to December 2019, where they held the position of Work Flow Specialist. In this role, they supervised and scheduled production employees, managed vendors, tracked outsourced jobs, submitted daily reports, monitored productivity levels, and managed incoming and outgoing revenue.

Steven Frisvold attended Castro Valley High School from 1993 to 1997. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied a particular field during their time there. In addition, they obtained a Powered Industrial Truck Drivers License from Komatsu America Corp. in November 2012.
