Rebecca Glassby currently serves as Delivery Director at Red Badger since June 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Zone from August 2014 to July 2022, where key positions held were Head of Operations, Resourcing & Performance, Head of Delivery & Performance, Client Production Director, and Account Director. During this tenure, Rebecca focused on internal process improvement, team leadership, and managing high-profile client accounts such as Adidas and Aviva. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Account Manager at POSSIBLE, where client engagements included Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and roles at 300million and Disneyland Resort. Rebecca holds a BA Hons degree in Dance and English Language and Linguistics from the University of Roehampton.
