Francesca D'Souza is an experienced Software Engineer currently working at Red Badger since September 2021, after previously serving at Radically Digital where a variety of client projects were executed utilizing scrum methodology. Notable projects include the development of a full stack microservices application for Community Fibre, employing a tech stack that features React/Redux, Typescript, ButterCMS, and Node. Prior experience includes a role as a Full-stack Developer at Mindscape Group Limited, where Francesca worked on replacing Debenhams' legacy system with microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Additionally, a background as a Finance Analyst at KPMG involved analyzing financial reports to provide insights on client projects and facilitating communications with Tax Partners and Directors. Francesca holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and Policy from The University of Manchester.
