Previously, Kevin held significant roles in the City of St. Petersburg, including Chief of Policy & Public Engagement, and has extensive experience in political consulting and campaign management. Kevin's early career includes positions with the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Democratic Party, showcasing expertise in legislative affairs and electoral strategy. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
