Pavandeep Virdee is a Senior Packaging Specialist at Recyda GmbH since February 2022, with a robust background in packaging engineering and product design. Previous experience includes roles at 3M as a Packaging Engineer, and Coty as a Supply Chain Packaging Technologist, where collaborative efforts led to significant cost and productivity savings. Notably, during tenure at Procter & Gamble, Pavandeep made substantial contributions towards organizational cost-saving goals and productivity enhancements. Initial work at Luxonic Lighting involved rapid product development, while research roles at The Design Orchard and VAL Hospital focused on innovative solutions in consumer products and medical systems. Pavandeep holds an MDes in Innovation and Creativity from Cranfield University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick.
