Jay Westercamp has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jay is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Recycle Track Systems since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at the same company from December 2021 to October 2022.

Before SI International, Jay Westercamp worked at MATCOM as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2001 to January 2004. Jay was part of a small team that developed a ColdFusion/SQL Server based CRM call center application. Jay also played a role in configuring IIS, ColdFusion Server, and SQL Server.

Jay Westercamp's early career began at Sprint, where they worked as a Software Engineer II from June 1999 to September 2001.
