Danny Mailhot is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the waste management and recycling industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Integrated Metal Recycling since March 2024, Danny has previously held key positions including District Manager at Waste Management from April 2021 to March 2024, and Directeur de Production at Lavo Inc. from March 2018 to April 2021. Danny also has extensive experience in regional operations, having served as Directeur Régional des Opérations at Waste Management from August 2008 to June 2017, and as Directeur de Service at G4S for 15 years, from June 1993 to August 2008.
