Xin Wang is a Principal Computational Biologist at Recursion since November 2024, previously serving as a Senior Scientist and Group Leader in Statistical Genetics at 23andMe from April 2017 to October 2024. Prior to 23andMe, Xin Wang was a Scientist in Product Development and Laboratory Operations at Counsyl, later acquired by Myriad Genetics, from August 2014 to April 2017. Xin Wang holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, and participated in the Summer Research Program at UCLA. Additionally, Xin Wang earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China.
