Jennifer Joo is a Senior Backend Developer at the National Democratic Training Committee since March 2024 and a Software Engineer at Recurse Center since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer served as a Software Engineer at Microsoft from September 2018 to September 2023 and participated in the LEAP Program at Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer from March 2018 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an Operations Analyst at Grenzebach Glier and Associates from July 2015 to July 2017, where Jennifer conducted data analyses, client communications on data requirements, and created reports. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed The Grace Hopper Program in Software Engineering at Fullstack Academy in 2017.
