Esterlita Van Boven is an experienced professional in contracts management and procurement, currently serving as the O&M Contracts and Procurement Manager for EMEA at Recurrent Energy since November 2019. Previous roles include Contracts Manager and Company Secretary at SIEMENS Mobility sa/nv, and Contracts Manager positions at Lesedi & Letsatsi PV Solar Power Companies and Grupo Cobra, where involvement included maintenance and operations and EPC contracting for solar plants. Esterlita has also held contract administration roles at WorleyParsons and Abengoa, and contracts administration and specialist positions at AECOM, ThyssenKrupp, Foster Wheeler, and Grinaker-LTA. Esterlita holds a National Diploma in Business Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed Company Secretary training through the Institute of Directors and a Company Secretary course with Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa.
