Andreea Wade serves as the Chairwoman of the Board at Recruitroo since July 2023. Previously, Wade held various leadership roles at iCIMS from May 2020 to November 2024, including Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, where ownership of global AI product and strategy was established, and Vice President, Product Strategy AI, leading the Talent Cloud AI initiative. As Chief Executive Officer of Opening.io, an AI/ML startup, Wade co-founded and successfully exited the company between January 2015 and April 2020. Wade’s experience encompasses roles such as Head of Product Management at Independent News & Media, founder of AskATon, and Managing Director at Brandalism, among others. Wade's educational background includes degrees in Journalism from Romanian Canadian University, Media and Marketing from Dublin Business School, and training in Graphic Design and Training from Dublin Design Institute and NUI Galway, respectively.
