Carina Clingman, PhD is the Founder and CEO of Recruitomics Biotalent Consulting, offering recruiting process and execution consulting services for small biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Carina is also the Co-Founder of Collaboratory Career Hub, a professional development platform for the biotech and tech sectors. Carina serves as a Leadership Advisor Council Member at ARMI | BioFabUSA and as a former Boston Chapter Sponsorship co-chair at Women In Bio. With a background in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, Carina has also worked as a Biochemistry PhD student at UMass Medical School and as a research assistant at California Polytechnic State University and Virginia Tech.
