Kelly Arai is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Recruiting in Motion since May 2022. Previously, Kelly worked as a Mobile Lab Assistant at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from June 2021 to April 2022. In addition, Kelly held significant leadership roles within the Management Student Association at Lang, including President and Director of Corporate Relations, from February 2020 to April 2022. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Leadership and Organizational Management from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, completing studies from 2018 to 2022.
