Rashmi Rana has worked as a Community Manager at Recro since May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Community & social media management Specialist at Designhill from March 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Community Manager at 91springboard from October 2018 to March 2019, and a Community Manager from January 2017 to September 2018.

Rashmi Rana completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA hons) from Lovely Professional University from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on HR and Marketing at Lovely Professional University from 2015 to 2017.
