Persio Morassutti currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Recover since April 2023 and co-owns Orangetheory Fitness Pozuelo while implementing OKR methodology for strategic growth since October 2021. Previously, Persio held the CFO position at MATSA, where operational efficiency was enhanced, and at Votorantim Cimentos in Europe, Africa, and Asia, where risk and compliance programs were established. Other roles include CFO at COMPAÑIA MINERA MILPO, General Manager of Treasury Risk Management and Manager of Treasury Risk Management at Votorantim S.A., and Finance Manager at General Motors. Persio's academic background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as additional studies at London Business School and Stanford University.
