Cadi Kadlecek is a seasoned marketing and communication professional with extensive experience in event management, social media strategy, and client consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. Marketing Associate at Record360 since November 2021, Cadi oversees events, social media, and email marketing, while managing SEO and paid advertising efforts. As a co-founder of Speak2compete, Cadi has provided one-on-one consulting to approximately 50 clients and organized workshops for over 1,000 students to enhance public speaking skills. Additional roles include founding Life Hack Chats, coordinating programs at South Dakota State University, and teaching communication principles in various educational institutions. Cadi holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science from Hastings College.
