Rob Schultz is a board member at Reconstruct. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital and consulting industries. Rob was previously the chairman and CEO of DigitalWork, a SaaS based marketing platform for the small business market. Rob also served as the managing director and partner of IllinoisVENTURES, where they were responsible for all aspects of the venture process including deal sourcing, due diligence, closing, portfolio company management and harvesting. Prior to that, they were the president of Nequity, an online platform which brought business products and services to the small business market through the internet. Rob has also worked as a consultant for Deloitte and Touche and McKinsey and Company.

Rob Schultz has an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
