Lucy Piper O'Brien is currently the Director of Mental Health and Addictions at Reconnect Community Health Services, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as Program Manager at Reconnect Mental Health Services from 2012 to 2020 and worked as a Resource Facilitator at Family Service Toronto from 1991 to 1996. Lucy is pursuing degrees in Social Work at York University and Sociology at Bishop's University, alongside completing a program in Health Care Administration at the Schulich School of Business, York University, during 2019 to 2020.
