The Client Relations team at Reconex is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers. They ensure seamless communication and mutual understanding between shippers and carriers, manage client accounts, and provide personalized support to enhance the customer experience. Their roles include addressing client needs, facilitating rate negotiations, and ensuring the effective use of our web-based management system, Reconex TMS Connect, to drive down freight costs and improve internal efficiencies for our clients.
