Juan Agrón is a design professional with extensive experience in creating impactful systems and brands. As a founding member at Recidiviz since May 2019, Juan focuses on designing systems aimed at reducing incarceration rates through community reentry initiatives. Prior to this, Juan worked at TΛBVLΛ, providing product and brand design for startups from January 2018 to December 2020. At Google from March 2015 to February 2019, Juan contributed to product growth and brand development for Waze and engaged in product design at Area 120. Early in the career, Juan's roles included enterprise UX at Aerohive, design research at GOTO, art direction at Curran & Connors, and freelance graphic design, accumulating valuable experience from 2008 to 2016. Juan holds degrees from the Royal College of Art, The Art Institutes, and California State University-Sacramento.
