Tim Shaffer is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Recharge Payments. Previously, Tim held the position of Lead Software Engineer at MITRE and served as a Senior Software Engineer at GP Strategies Corporation. Tim also worked as a Software Developer at Sogeti and Under Armour, in addition to gaining experience as a Software Development Intern at PHH Arval. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems from the University of Baltimore, attending from 2003 to 2010.
