Molly leads Social Psychology at Receptiviti and focuses on expanding the capabilities related to understanding and measuring mental health, personality, language coordination, and social dynamics from language. Molly studied under Prof. James Pennebaker at the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology, and is widely recognized as an authority in the field. She has authored and contributed to over 45 peer-reviewed papers, and her research has been featured by the New York Times, Discover, and Slate.
