Wright Fu currently serves as a Client Service Officer at The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) since May 2021 and previously worked as a Marketing Research & Customer Service Officer at Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited from September 2017 to May 2021. In this role, Wright Fu assisted credit card holders with benefits and rewards programs, managed customer service requests, operated customer privilege programs, and collaborated with teams to consolidate service regulations.
