Victor Motricala has been involved in various roles since 2015. Victor began as a Marketing Specialist at Iltuo.menu, and then co-founded Taskyjob. In 2017, they worked as a Growth Hacker for Hendersonshoes.com. In 2018, they held the role of Junior Web Developer at Gruppo Fondiario Italia and Growth Hacker Consultant at UfficioTutelaDebiti. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Capgemini. In 2021, they took on the role of Java Software Engineer at Worldline Global and Software Engineer at Dematic. Currently, they are a Back End Developer at Recare.

Victor Motricala has a diverse educational background. Victor obtained a Diploma di Odontotecnico from Ruzza in 2014. Between 2016 and 2018, they completed a Laurea Scienze Informatica in Computer Programming from Università degli Studi di Padova. Victor is currently pursuing a Laurea triennale in Scienze e Tecnologie Informatiche from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Victor has obtained several certifications, including an Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine Specialization from Coursera in 2021, a Java (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank in 2020, a Developing Applications with Google Cloud Platform from Coursera in 2020, an English B2 from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in 2019, and a Professional Scrum Developer from Scrum.org in 2021.
