Dylon Caudill is currently the Director of Regional Operations at Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, where Dylon provides support and growth for the VEX Robotics Competition and the VEX IQ Challenge in multiple states. Prior to this role, Dylon gained experience in IT operations as a LAN Administrator at Lubrication Specialties, Inc. and in network and technology support at Ridgedale Local Schools. Dylon holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Ohio University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking from Marion Technical College.
