Milena Wiśniewska has held various roles in the field of human resources. Milena started their career as a Junior HR and Employer Branding Specialist at rebuy recommerce GmbH in December 2020 and later transitioned to the role of HR Specialist in September 2021.

In March 2021, they moved to SECO/WARWICK Group, where they supported the HR department until November 2021. Prior to this, Milena worked as a MÅ‚odszy Asystent w dziale HR at SECO/WARWICK Group from July to September 2019.

Milena Wiśniewska completed their education at the Poznan University of Economics And Business. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie / Handel i Marketing. Following this, they pursued further studies and from 2018 to 2020, they earned another Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkim. In addition to their academic qualifications, Milena has also obtained certifications in Change Management Practitioner from INPROGRESS Sp. z o.o. in February 2022, and in Learning Agility from Talent Bridge Polska in January 2021. Milena also holds certifications, such as the "Certyfikat Płacowy MEN" from MINISTERSTWO EDUKACJI NARODOWEJ, the "Common Standard Language Examinations" from YOUTH ENGLISH STUDIES, and has participated in the "HR na Szpilkach" program by Monika Smulewicz, as well as the "Kurs Kadrowo-Płacowy" program by MINISTERSTWO EDUKACJI NARODOWEJ, although the specific dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
