Tereza Závranská currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Rebuy Stars since October 2022 and previously held various HR and management roles at AmRest from April 2014 to September 2022, including Junior HR Business Partner, General Manager of a flagship restaurant, Deputy General Manager, Shift Manager, and restaurant operations employee. Tereza has experience in employee development, recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance preparedness for audits, alongside responsibilities in budgeting, reporting, and managing workforce schedules. Tereza is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management at the Faculty of Management, Prague University of Economics and Business, expected to complete in June 2025, having also earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution in 2023.
