Tanmay has been responsible for optimizing pre-conversion user experience with LeapScholar and has also authored a thought-leadership paper on the technological innovations in retail.

Tanmay Parasramka's educational career includes the Young India Fellowship, a CORe program from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor's in Commerce - Marketing from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata. Tanmay has also completed Class 12th AISSCE in Business/Commerce, General from Lakshmipat Singhania Academy and Class 10th AISSE in 10 CGPA from The Vizag International School.
