Jayad Uberoi is a Senior Associate at Rebright Partners. Prior to that, they were a Senior Credit Analyst at CRISIL Limited from May 2015 to May 2019. Jayad was also an Internship Trainee at Ernst & Young from March 2011 to February 2014.

Jayad has experience in analyzing risk across a portfolio of companies, focused on asset management companies, payment networks, and exchange houses like BlackRock, Visa, and NYSE. Jayad has also been actively tracking macroeconomic scenarios and regulatory updates while assessing their impact on the financial industry as a whole.

In addition, they have used extensive financial forecasting and modeling tools as well as resources like Bloomberg and CapitalIQ while analyzing financial statements. Jayad has also coached and mentored team members as well as new joiners on internal criteria and frameworks.

Jayad has also been involved in multiple cross-team projects, such as assisting on a Japan banking outreach article focusing on the potential impact of negative interest rates on the banking industry and economy, and attending the symposium “India Blockchain Week” and following this up with a company-wide brainstorming session about the potential impact of Blockchain on the banking industry.

Jayad Uberoi has a Master of Business Administration from WASEDA Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College in Delhi University, and a certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Chartered Accountancy.
