Breanna Romer, LPC, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, where responsibilities include project management for change initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement. Previous experience includes HR Manager roles at River's Edge Hotel & Spa, providing support to 105 employees, and at Outside In, where Breanna established the Human Resources department for a staff of 180, overseeing all aspects of HR functions and creating a Supervisor Handbook. Additional roles include HR/Volunteer Manager, where 400 volunteers were effectively managed, and Workforce Development, facilitating career counseling. Breanna also has a background in event planning and care coordination, supporting various client needs. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University.
