Celia Peña has a diverse work experience in market research and strategy analysis. Celia began their career as a Research Executive at TNS in 2003 and worked there until 2005. From 2006 to 2014, they were an Analyst and Market Research Analyst at Arena Media, where they conducted strategic target analysis and developed media planning strategies.

In 2015, Celia joined Forward Media S.A. as an Insights Thinker-Strategic Planner, where they researched and analyzed market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis. Celia demonstrated the ability to translate information into strategic vision for projects. Celia then transitioned to the role of Market Research Technician, participating in all phases of communication strategy and conducting comprehensive market trend analysis.

In 2021, Celia joined Comuniza as a Research, Data, and Insights professional, where they deepened their market knowledge and developed quantitative and qualitative research proposals. Celia coordinated with suppliers for data collection and prepared reports and presentations of the results.

Following this, in 2002 to 2003, they pursued further studies at the same university and obtained another Licenciatura degree, this time in Marketing e Investigación de mercados (Marketing and Market Research). In 2020, they participated in a Programa Avanzado en Branded Content Management (Advanced Program in Branded Content Management) at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
