Amy S. Allison, MHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC since March 2021, Amy previously held the position of AVP Human Resources at Ascend Federal Credit Union, overseeing HR operations across multiple financial centers in middle Tennessee. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Tennessee Technological University, HR Director at TTI Floor Care North America, Human Resource Manager at Dana Incorporated, and HR Manager at Graphic Packaging International, where significant contributions to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development were made. Amy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Defiance College.
