Vishnu Narayanan Nair currently serves as a QA Manager at ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. since June 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Vishnu previously held the position of Test Manager at Tech Mahindra from March 2014 to April 2023, where leadership involved managing QA teams, delivering projects on time, and promoting Agile practices as a certified Scrum Master. Earlier roles included Test Lead at Tech Mahindra and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at HTC Global Services, where responsibilities encompassed requirement elicitation, quality monitoring, and test case creation. Before these positions, Vishnu worked at IBM as a System Engineer and Associate System Engineer, focusing on testing systems and improving productivity. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and a PGDBA in HRM and CRM from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning.
