Stefan Visser began their work experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Rebels in 2019, a company focused on making complex IT knowledge accessible and providing solutions to various business needs. Stefan worked with a team of skilled IT specialists and developers on multiple projects. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a Corporate Recruiter at AUTO1 Group from September 2017 to May 2019. Stefan started their professional career as a Business Developer at Bonque.be, de grootste IT-jobsite from July 2016 to August 2017.

Stefan Visser obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Commerciële economie with a specialization in marketing management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 2012 and 2016.
