Karlien de Boer is an experienced consultant specializing in transition management, currently working at Rebel since April 2021. Prior to this role, Karlien gained valuable experience as a trainee at Stedin and as the founder of BikeFlip, which offers a subscription model for second-hand children's bicycles. Additional professional experiences include positions in sustainable retailing at Ahold Delhaize, participation in the Climate-KIC Master Label Programme, and consulting at Invest-NL. Karlien's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in transition management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a master's degree in sustainable business and innovation from Utrecht University, and an undergraduate degree in international relations and international law from the University of Groningen, complemented by studies at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
