Dalia Najjar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dalia is currently working as a Social Entrepreneurship Faculty Leader at Al-Quds Bard College for Arts and Sciences since April 2022. Prior to this, Dalia worked as a Trainer and Account Manager at RebelBase from November 2021. Dalia also served as a Lecturer at Al-Quds University starting from August 2020. In 2017, Dalia held the position of General Manager at Farouk Systems, where they were responsible for overseeing administrative functions, implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, and leading employees. From June 2016 to January 2017, they worked as a Project Assistant at KB Oil Environmental (KBO). Dalia's earlier experience includes working as a Laboratory Manager at Farouk Systems Inc. from August 2014 to August 2015, where they were in charge of microbial testing, water quality management, and controlling microbial contamination.

Dalia Najjar completed their high school education at Greeley West High School from 2008 to 2009. Dalia then attended Al-Mustaqbal Schools from 2009 to 2010, where they earned their High School Degree (Tawjihi) in the scientific field. Dalia went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Bard College from 2010 to 2014, majoring in Biology (Pre-Medicine). Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability, completing a Master's degree in Environmental science and policy from 2015 to 2017.
