Justin Totty has been in the retail industry since 2001. Justin began their career as a Store Manager for American Eagle Outfitters and held the same role at Converse from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to JCPenney as a Senior Operations Specialist and then to Rebel Athletic as a Wholesale Operations Senior Manager in 2019.

Justin Totty attended the University of North Texas from 1998 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art History.
