AudraLee Scofield has been in the workforce since 2013. AudraLee began their career as the Head Cheer Coach at Coastal Carolina University, a position they held until 2016. AudraLee then moved to The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they served as the Spirit Coordinator until 2019. In 2019, they joined Rebel Athletic as an Account Manager, and in 2020 they began working as a JPO for Maricopa County.

AudraLee Scofield received their Masters in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University in 2011. Additionally, they obtained their ACCA certification from The NFHS Network in February 2003, CPR certification from Red Cross Blood Services, and NCA Collegiate Coaching Credentialing from Varsity Spirit.
